In these Terms & Conditions (Terms), "we", "us", "our", "Moment ANZ" and "Try & Byte" refers to Try & Byte Group Pty Limited ABN 73 632 271 508. Any reference to "you", "your" or "customer" means a user of this "site". Access to information and purchase of our product(s) is provided pursuant to the Terms. The Terms apply to all users of our site, by purchasing from this website, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to make changes to the site and these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Delivery / Shipping

• Customers are responsible for providing a current and valid delivery address.
• Customers must ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to accept goods; a signature may be required.
• Customers are responsible for all costs incurred by unclaimed goods, refused shipments or subsequent re-deliveries.

Any delivery time information is supplied as an estimate of normal duration of delivery once a product has been dispatched. Delays may occur during shipping or if the product is out of stock.

Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse it cannot be cancelled unless it is declared lost by the shipping service.
